Our Nambucca Heads property is situated in an absolutely idyllic location.
Casually stroll along riverside boardwalks which pass over the water and on through mangrove copses. Continue onwards to superb ocean beaches. Sight dolphins from Wellington Point, they're truly there at close range! Whales may also be sighted during their annual migrations.
Swim, surf and fish along unspoilt beaches. Take a nature walk through the rainforest with its abundance of bird life. It's all right there; literally at our front door!
You may wish to just relax with a good book and a glass of wine on your balcony. You won't find a nicer spot.
You'll love the ambience of this fine old mansion, with its ultra high ceilings, polished floorboards and casual ambience.

For lunch or dinner you may choose from two fantastic restaurants within a mere 50 metres walk from our establishment. Furthermore, you will be pleased to learn that there are a further nine excellent restaurants within less than 500 metres easy stroll from our Lodge.
Local Area and Attractions
Nambucca Heads is a coastal holiday centre in a subtropical climate. The town is located on a ridge which runs out to a headland at the mouth of the Nambucca River, 512 km north of Sydney.
Visitors quickly discover the unspoilt natural beauty of Nambucca including the safe beaches, wide waterways and tranquil streams, lush farmlands and sweeping forests of the hinterland.
The Gordon Park Rainforest and Nature walk is uniquely located in the midst of the residential area. At the Vee Wall - Break wall entrance at the Nambucca River, artistic endeavours are now encouraged and lovers, believers, families and visitors return year after year to preserve their efforts.
There are suspended boardwalks out to the Vee Wall - break wall which links to a walk way that runs all the way to the highway, making a beautiful river walk. There is excellent fishing from the River and boat hire available close to the Lodge.
