Prime
Christmas, Easter & Holiday Weekends are defined as "Prime Time" and
a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Additional Tariff Notes
All rates include your choice of a delicious Continental or Cooked
Breakfast.
A $30 charge will apply for a third or fourth person per room.
Cot hire available at a small extra charge of $10 per night.
School Holiday loading of $10 per night applies during holidays
outside of Prime
Time.
A deposit equal to the first night's stay is payable at time of reservation.
All Christmas Holiday bookings require a 50% deposit, with balance paid no later
than the 1st of December.
Cancellations - A “no refund policy” applies to all cancellations
made within 7 days of arrival. All other cancellations will incur a $25 charge.
